Assembly

The lamps arrive ready to assemble and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the lamp, so no extra bulbs are needed. Once unpacked, the lamps can be assembled and switched on right away - just plug in and enjoy.\n\nPlease note: batteries for the remote are not included.\nRecommended batteries: 2x coin cell batteries (e.g. CR2032, 3 V, 230 mA) per remote.\n\nYou’ll find the assembly instructions as a download under "Instructions".\n

Switching on and off

You can conveniently switch the lamps on and off using the included remote.\nJust tap the "I" button to switch them on, and the "O" button to switch them off.\nYou can also easily switch off the SOL using your wall switch. \nYou can also easily switch the SOLA on and off using its integrated foot switch.

Dimming

You can easily control the light using the touch remote control. This gives you maximum flexibility for customized lighting. Thanks to its stepless dimming function, you can adjust the light intensity as you wish. You can control the brightness via the top "DIMM" bar - either by swiping to the right (brighter) or left (darker), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. Of course, the last setting is always saved when you switch the light off and on again. Convince yourself of the simple and convenient control and experience the perfect lighting experience. You can either stick or screw on the magnetic holder to attach the remote control flexibly to the wall.

SOL & SOLA - One lighting concept for the whole room

SOL and SOLA develop their full effect together - the SOL pendant lamp as a glowing ring above the dining table, the SOLA floor lamp as its standing counterpart in the living room. Both follow the same clean circular shape and cast light both upward and downward, so ceiling and room are lit evenly and softly. Because brightness and colour temperature on both lamps are fully adjustable from warm to cool white, you tune your rooms to match each other instead of lighting them separately. A bundle for anyone who wants one continuous lighting concept rather than two separate pieces.

SOLA - Flexible light for every moment

As a floor lamp, SOLA feels more like a calm object than a classic reading lamp. Its light ring tilts smoothly up to 180 degrees - once pointed down at your book, once up toward the ceiling for soft, indirect light. It’s controlled via remote, which sits discreetly on the wall thanks to its magnetic mount. Next to a sofa, armchair or sideboard, SOLA becomes the lamp that adapts to the evening, rather than the other way round.

A glowing circle above your dining table

A set table deserves its own circle of light - that’s exactly the role of the SOL pendant lamp in this bundle. Its slim ring floats above the tabletop, casting even light onto plates and glasses, while the upward light brightens the ceiling and makes the room feel bigger. The drop height adjusts smoothly between 9 and 200 cm, even after the lamp is installed. That way SOL always hangs at just the right height for your room - above a low coffee table just as well as under a tall period ceiling.

FAQ

1 Does SOLA light up and down?

Yes, the luminaire has a double-sided beam.

2 Is it possible to control the two light circuits (top and bottom) of the SOLA floor lamp separately?

No. The two lighting circuits cannot be controlled separately. The light always shines upwards and downwards at the same time.

3 Is the Sol smart home compatible?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our lights. If you want to continue to adjust the color temperature (warm to cool white), the Smart Home transformer must be CCT-capable.

4 Can the Sol TRIAC be dimmed?

Our lights are not TRIAC dimmable as standard. However, you can make them TRIAC dimmable. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable TRIAC transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The TRIAC transformer must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our luminaires. The transformer must also meet the minimum requirements of the LEDs (wattage and voltage). Please note that you must then decide whether to use only cool white, warm white or neutral white (both LED colors mixed) during installation.

5 Does the SOL have a memory function?

Yes, our remote lights have a memory function that can be used to save a setting. To activate it, you must wait at least 20 seconds between switching off and on using the wall switch. When operated with the remote control, the previous setting is always saved.

6 Can the Sol only shine in one direction?

NEon. The Sol always lights up and down at the same time.

7 Which lamps do I get if I buy this bundle?

In this bundle you get the SOL pendant lamp and the SOLA floor lamp.
You can choose between black, white and black-chrome.

8 Can the SOL and SOLA be controlled with one remote?

Yes, both lamps can be paired simultaneously with one remote, as long as they’re in the same room.

To do this, follow these steps:

Unplug all lamps (for floor lamps) or switch all lamps off at the wall switch (for wall and ceiling lamps). Essentially, the power only needs to be cut off completely once.
Hold the „On“ button on one remote and, while holding it, plug all lamps back in or switch all lamps back on at the wall switch.
