We ship within 48 hours. Delivery in Germany takes 4-7 working days. These shipping terms may vary for some products. Please check the information on the product page.
International orders require 8-10 working days* please note the individual delivery times / product information in the shop** if you have ordered several products with different delivery times, then these will be combined into one package & the longest stated delivery time applies.

International shipping: 9,90€Customs fees that might apply for orders that are not shipped within the EU have to be paid by the customer.
Right of return: You can cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the order according to our cancellation policy. In case of a defect we bear the return costs, otherwise we charge 9,90€ if you choose our partner GLS. Returns from abroad must be returned at your own expense to the following address:
