We usually ship within 48 hours. Delivery within Germany takes 3-5 working days. These shipping conditions may differ for some products. Please check the information on the product page.
International orders take 8-10 working days

Inspection on receipt of goods
Please check the parcel for any damage immediately upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please refuse to accept it and have the damage documented by the delivery driver on the spot. This ensures that the damage is recorded in the carrier's system, which is necessary for the further claims process. Then inform us about the incident by email without delay. Otherwise, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with a free replacement product.
Drop-off authorisation
By granting a drop-off authorisation, the recipient assumes liability for their parcel. The delivery driver leaves the shipment at the agreed place and confirms receipt of the shipment. After that, the recipient is responsible and is liable in case of theft or damage to the parcel.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Please check the shipping price at checkout or contact our customer service at support@neona.store. Customs duties that may apply to orders shipped from outside the EU must be borne by the customer.
Right of return: You can withdraw from your order in accordance with our withdrawal policy within 30 days of receiving the order. In the event of a defect, we cover the return costs; otherwise we charge between 5,90€ and 14,90€ per return label if you choose our partner GLS. The exact prices depend on the product and are shown in the returns portal. Returns from abroad must be sent back at your own expense to the following address:
