Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The luminaire is TRIAC dimmable (i.e. via wall switch). The luminaire can be dimmed via leading edge phase control as well as trailing edge phase control. Use either a dimmer with the symbols R or L (for leading edge phase control) on the packaging or with the symbol C (for trailing edge phase control). We recommend choosing a universal dimmer that is suitable for both leading edge phase control (R, L) and trailing edge phase control (C) to ensure maximum flexibility and compatibility. Such a dimmer is usually marked with R, L and C.

Top moderne & klassische Lampen !

Die Qualität der Lampen hat mich bisher sehr überzeugt

Wunderschöne Lampe mit kleinem Design Nachteil

Optisch eine wunderschöne Lampe und ich wollte sie unbedingt haben. Sie ist außergewöhnlich und integriert sich wirklich toll ohne zu stark herauszufallen.

Leider hätte ich gerne im Voraus gewusst, dass die Lampenschirme aus Metall den Schall bzw. Geräusche so reflektieren im Raum oder wenn man darunter sitzt und spricht, sodass es bei höheren und lauteren Tönen eine Art metallisches Echo gibt. Ich empfinde es als störend. Wenn der Hersteller einen Trick dagegen hat , gerne bei mir melden. Es hört sich so an, wie das Klingen eines Schlagzeug Beckens, wenn man mit dem Schlegl dagegen stößt und es nachschwingt. Die Form ist ja auch ähnlich. Oder wenn man gegen ein Metall Geländer stößt. Etwas schade bzw das hätte ich bei der Qualität und dem Preis nicht erwartet Solch ein Problem. optisch ist es aber eine 5/5 !!!

Sehr schöne Leuchte! Die Montage der Anschlußleiste könnte man besser machen. 2 Leute sind notwendig um die Leuchte an der Decke zu montieren. Schrauben an dem Deckenhalter sollten vorgeschrabt sein und die Abdeckung nur einhängen wäre eine große Hilfe.

Leider war die erste Lieferung defekt! Nach einer eMail und einem Telefonat, wurde die Deckenleuchte schnell und unkompliziert ausgetauscht! Die neue Leute funktioniert einwandfrei und sieht sehr schön aus. Danke!

1 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

2 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

3 Is it possible to buy the Olara individually?

No. The Olara is only available as specified and always comes with two lighting elements.

4 Is the Olara SmartHome capable?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. There are two different options here: 1. replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer: Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our luminaires. 2. replace the wall switch with a Smart Home-compatible TRIAC wall switch: Make sure that the wall switch fulfills the properties of the TRIAC transformer.

5 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Olara?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

6 Can the height of the two lighting elements of the Olara be adjusted individually?

Yes, you can adjust the height of the lighting elements separately. It is therefore possible to hang the lighting elements at different heights.

7 What are the technical specifications of the Olara's built-in cable?

The installed cable is 2-wire and has a conductor cross-section of 0.5mm^2. It is cable type F829/VDE, has a maximum voltage of 300/500 V and is temperature-resistant up to 180 degrees.
