About NEONA
NEONA came about in 2020 from a simple observation: anyone who wanted good lamp design had only two options — something generic from the DIY store, or €2,000 to €3,000 for a designer brand. In between: nothing. Lea, René and Gabriel found that absurd — and created the brand they had been missing themselves: distinctive design at prices you don’t have to think twice about
Today we’re one of the fastest-growing designer lamp brands in German e-commerce — carried by a young founder team of around 30 people, average age 30. Flat hierarchies, short paths, real ownership — here you get the room to put your own ideas into practice and to grow.
