9 How do I connect the remote control to my floor lamp?

Es gibt zwei Wege, wie die Leuchte mit der Fernbedienung verbunden werden kann:

1. Gehe mit der Fernbedienung so nah wie möglich (am besten auf 20 cm Entfernung) an den Trafo ran. Dieser befindet sich in dem Netzteil der Leuchte.

2. Netzteil vom Kabel trennen und min. 5 Sekunden warten, sodass die Leuchte vollständig entladen ist.

3.
a. Option 1:
Innerhalb von 3 Sekunden nach dem Verbinden von Netzteil und Kabel die “ON”-Taste (“I”) auf der Fernbedienung gedrückt halten.

b. Option 2:
Gleichzeitig das Netzteil vom Kabel trennen und die “ON”-Taste (“I”) auf der Fernbedienung gedrückt halten. Wichtig: Das Netzteil muss mit dem Kabel verbunden werden, bevor die Statusleuchte der Fernbedienung das zweite Mal rot aufleuchtet und der rote Lichtschein bestehen bleibt. Das erste Aufleuchten ist ein Blinken, beim zweiten Aufleuchten bleibt das Licht rot und die Statusleuchte blinkt nicht mehr auf. Die Statusleuchte leuchtet also konsequent rot beim gedrückt halten. Der Kopplungsprozess kann NUR funktionieren, wenn das Netzteil vor dem 2. (und konsequenten) Aufblinken mit dem Kabel verbunden wird.

4. Nach erfolgreicher Kopplung blinkt die Leuchte der Lampe einmal kurz auf. Die Funktionen der Fernbedienung können nun genutzt werden.

WICHTIG:
• Halten Sie sich bei der Ent-/Kopplung genau an die Zeitabfolge – sie ist entscheidend für den Erfolg.
• Falls die Kopplung nicht klappt, wiederholen Sie den Vorgang sorgfältig.

No. We do not currently have a store where you can view the lights. We are exclusively an online store. However, thanks to our 30-day return policy, it is perfectly possible to order the lights to your home to view them!

15 How do you change the batteries in the square glass remote control?

To replace the batteries in the glass remote control with wall mount, use a flat, narrow object (e.g., a small flathead screwdriver) to carefully pry open the back plate at the notch on the back. You can then insert the button cells.

16 Why are delivery times sometimes so long? Is earlier delivery possible?
Our lights are in high demand, and some models may have delivery times of up to 12 weeks. This is because we sometimes cannot accurately predict demand for particularly popular products. If a product is significantly more popular than expected, it sells out quickly and we first have to reproduce it. This process, including high-quality quality controls, can take up to 12 weeks.

As a self-financed and organically growing company, we deliberately produce without large surpluses in order to conserve resources and work sustainably. With your order, you are securing a light from the next production batch. Although we always strive to keep our products available immediately, we cannot guarantee that there will be any left after a new production batch. We therefore recommend ordering early.
