Installation

The lamp arrives ready to assemble and can be set up right away. Two mounting options are available: a base plate for solid surfaces, which requires screwing, or a ground spike for soft ground such as lawn or soil, which is simply pushed in – no drilling at all. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the lamp, so no additional light sources are required. The transformer is already built into the lamp and can be connected directly to your household mains. You'll find the installation guide under "Instructions" – it is available there for you to download. Please note that the lamp requires a fixed power connection.

FAQ

1 Does the lamp need a power connection?

Yes, the lamp must be connected directly to the mains. The transformer is already built in. The lamp is NOT battery- or solar-powered, but requires a power outlet.

2 What is the difference between ENYA small and large?

ENYA small is 6 cm wide and 23.4 cm high (incl. ground spike), has 6 W and 392 lumens and is ideal for subtle accents on flower beds, shrubs and small trees. ENYA large is 8 cm wide and 26.5 cm high, has 15 W and 1,268 lumens and also lights up taller trees, hedges or facades. Both have warm white light at 2700 K, IP65 protection and are not dimmable.

3 Can I install ENYA without the ground spike?

Yes. On soft ground such as soil, lawn or gravel, you push ENYA into the ground with the ground spike. On hard surfaces such as a patio, paving or concrete, you install it without the ground spike and screw the base down with the included screw and wall plug.

4 Is the luminaire dimmable?

No, the light is not dimmable.

5 What protection class does the lamp have?

With its IP65 protection rating, the light is protected against wind and weather and is perfectly suited for long-term outdoor use. The light also has protection class 1.

6 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.
