Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. Please note: Batteries for the remote control are not included in the scope of delivery. Recommended batteries: 2× button cells (e.g. CR2032, 3 V, 230 mA). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

You can conveniently switch the light on and off using the remote control included. Simply tap the "I" button to switch it on and the "O" button to switch it off. Alternatively, the floor lamp can also be conveniently switched on and off using the integrated foot switch.

Dimming

You can easily control the light using the touch remote control. This gives you maximum flexibility for customized lighting. Thanks to its stepless dimming function, you can adjust the light intensity as you wish. You can control the brightness via the top "DIMM" bar - either by swiping to the right (brighter) or left (darker), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. Of course, the last setting is always saved when you switch the light off and on again. Convince yourself of the simple and convenient control and experience the perfect lighting experience. You can either stick or screw on the magnetic holder to attach the remote control flexibly to the wall.

ALTOS is a continuously dimmable LED floor lamp made of aluminium, iron and glass with warm white light.

With 2700 K, it creates a warm lighting atmosphere for living areas, reading corners or design-oriented interiors. The brightness can be continuously adjusted by remote control.

The 131 cm high model combines a slim lighting element with a round base and is available in chrome or black chrome. The integrated LEDs are designed for a service life of over 20,000 hours.

Steht dezent im Hintergrund, kann aber scheinen wenn eingeschaltet.
Zusätzliches Gimmick ist die Fernbedienung, leider lässt sich dann doch die Lichttemperatur nicht ändern. Und leider musste ich die Batterien separat kaufen.

Super Stehleuchte, lässt sehr gut individuell einstellen

Sehr schöne Stehleuchte!

Diese. Stehleuchte strahlt in einem sehr warmen Ton gezielt in den gewünschten Wohnbereich. Sie nimmt sich in der Wohnarchtitektur optisch zurück, was sehr angenehm ist. Ich bin mit der Leuchte sehr zufrieden. Der Aufbau war einfach, die Kaufabwicklung unkompliziert und zuverlässig.

Lampe ALTOS top zufrieden

Ich habe bei NEONA die Lampe ALTOS gekauft und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Diese ganzen Lampenhersteller haben je mittlerweile nicht mehr alle Tassen im Schrank und verlangen Preise, die ausserhalb des Universums liegen. Hier bekommt man eine gute Qualität zum guten Preis und kann sich vielleicht auch noch eine zweite oder dritte Lampe leisten. Fertig!

Top in design und funktion

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Man bekommt für das Geld eine schöne Lampe. Der QR Code aus den gelieferten Unterlagen, der eine Anleitung zeigen soll, funktioniert zwar nicht (man landet mit dem Fehler 404) im Nichts. Halb so wild, geht auch ohne. Auch auf der Homepage findet man die Anleitung nicht. Dass das Verstellen der Farbtemperatur nicht funktioniert, geschenkt. Die Temperatur ist für mich richtig. Wie die Batterien in die Fernbedienung eingelegt werden müssen, steht nirgends, ist nicht beschriftet und musste ich googeln. Tolle Lampe aber nicht alles nicht komplett zu Ende gedacht. Würde sie aber wieder kaufen.

1 How do I connect the remote control to the light?

Switch off the lamp by unplugging the power adapter from the socket. Then press and hold the ON button on the remote control and, while holding it, plug the power adapter back into the socket. The remote control is now paired with the lamp.

2 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

3 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

4 Does the Altos have a memory function?

Yes, our remote lights have a memory function that can be used to save a setting. To activate it, wait at least 20 seconds between switching off and on with the switch. When operated with the remote control, the previous setting is always saved.

5 Is the Altos SmartHome capable?

The Altos luminaire can be made SmartHome-capable with an appropriate ballast.

6 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Altos?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.
