Assembly

The light arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply plug it in and enjoy. Please note: Light sources are not included (GU10 bulbs). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

This light is dimmable if you use a dimmable bulb. Please note that you need a suitable wall dimmer switch at home. Suitable Triac-dimmable GU10 bulbs are available directly from us. Just contact our customer support – we will gladly create an order for you. If you want to integrate the light into a smart home system, you will need smart-home-compatible GU10 bulbs.

FAQ

1 Is the ALMORA TRIAC dimmable?

With TRIAC-dimmable GU10 bulbs, the ALMORA can be dimmed using a TRIAC wall dimmer.

2 Are bulbs included with the ALMORA?

No. The ALMORA is delivered without light sources. You need 4x GU10 bulbs. Dimming is possible with dimmable bulbs and a suitable wall dimmer switch.

3 How far down can the ALMORA be hung?

The hanging depth of the ALMORA can be adjusted between 80 and 200 cm.

4 Is the ALMORA smart home compatible?

No built-in interface – but you can use a smart GU10 bulb and control the ALMORA through it.

5 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.

6 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.
