Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. Please note: Batteries for the remote control are not included in the scope of delivery. Recommended batteries: 2× button cells (e.g. CR2032, 3 V, 230 mA). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

You can conveniently switch the light on and off using the remote control provided. Simply tap the "I" button to switch it on and the "O" button to switch it off.

Dimming

You can easily control the light using the touch remote control. This gives you maximum flexibility for customized lighting. Thanks to its stepless dimming function, you can adjust the light intensity and light color as desired. You can adjust the brightness via the upper "DIMM" bar - either by swiping to the right (brighter) or left (darker), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. On the lower "TEMP" bar, you can set the color temperature - either by swiping to the right (warmer) or left (cooler), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. Of course, the last setting is always saved when you switch the light off and on again. Convince yourself of the simple and convenient control and experience the perfect lighting experience. You can either stick or screw on the magnetic holder to attach the remote control flexibly to the wall.

Sehr schön, aber wie bekommt man die Kabel wieder raus

Die Lampe ist wirklich schön. Schade dass die Leuchtmittel fest verbaut sind. Und eine Frage habe ich: ich kann die Lampe zwar höher hängen, indem ich die Kabel nach oben in die Halterung schiebe. Mir erklärt sich nur nicht, wie ich die Kabel bei Bedarf wieder aus der Halterung heraus bekomme. Die Anleitung im Internet dazu bietet keine plausible Antwort auf diese Fragestellung.
Der Dimmer ansich ist toll, funktioniert aber nicht zuverlässig so, wie man denken würde. Es kann sein, dass man auf minus geht es dennoch heller wird und umgekehrt.

Verkauf und Zustellung haben ein bahnfrei geklappt. Zur Lampe selbst kann ich noch nichts sagen, da sie noch nicht montiert ist.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Lampe und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Montage

Liebes Neona Team, ich denke ihr habt die Leuchte in4,00m Höhe noch nicht selbst montiert. Die Löcher in dem Halter (Rundbohrung ist zu klein für eure Schrauben um ihn aufzuschieben. 2 Hände zu wenig!! Im Deckel fehlen Rundbohrungen größer als der Schraubenkopf um den Deckel zumindest provisorisch du drehen um den Deckel zu fixieren . Man muss den Deckel andrücken das Loch finden und dann die Schraube eindrehen. Viel Spaß beim selbst montieren. Leuchte selbst ist toll, die bedienungseinheit wertig.

Eine besondere Wohnzimmerleuchte

Die Leuchte setzt einen besonderen Akzent im Wohnzimmer.
Die Montage ist "eigentlich" ganz normal. Leider ist doch wenig Platz im Sockel, sodass es schwierig ist die Seile und Leitungen darin unterzubringen, wenn die Decke nicht so hoch ist.
Die Fernbedienung ist zwar sehr stylisch aber leider funktioniert sie etwas unzuverlässig. Einerseits erkennt die Fernbedienung eine Berührung nicht sicher und wenn, dann reagiert die Leuchte nicht immer, auch bei kurzer Enfernung.

1 How do I connect the remote control to the light?

Switch off the light by unplugging the power supply unit. Press and hold the On button on the remote control while plugging the power supply unit back into the socket. The remote control is now connected

2 Is the Ourea smart home compatible?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our lights. If you want to continue to adjust the color temperature (warm to cool white), the Smart Home transformer must be CCT-capable.

3 Is the Ourea TRIAC dimmable?

Our lights are not TRIAC dimmable as standard. However, you can make them TRIAC dimmable. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable TRIAC transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The TRIAC transformer must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our luminaires. The transformer must also meet the minimum requirements of the LEDs (wattage and voltage). Please note that you must then decide whether to use only cool white, warm white or neutral white (both LED colors mixed) during installation.

4 How can the length of the ropes be adjusted?

On the ceiling suspension and on the wire holders, each suspension wire is guided through a small split pin. Push the split pin in with one finger while you pull the suspension wire with the other hand or guide the wire back into the housing to change the hanging height of the lamp. Thanks to this mechanism, you can change the hanging height even after the lamp has been mounted.

5 Can I also operate the light with the light switch?

Yes, the light can be switched on and off using both the light switch and the remote control.

6 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

7 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

8 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

9 Does the Ourea have a memory function?

Yes, our remote lights have a memory function that can be used to save a setting. To activate it, you must wait at least 20 seconds between switching off and on using the wall switch. When operated with the remote control, the previous setting is always saved.

10 Where can I find the Ourea assembly instructions?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the installation instructions.

11 Can the ropes and cables on the Ourea be individually adjusted in length?

Yes, the ropes and cables of the Ourea can all be individually adjusted in length.

12 What are the technical specifications of the installed cable?

The installed cable is 3-wire and has a conductor cross-section of 0.2 mm^2. It is cable type F829/VDE, has a maximum voltage of 300/500 V and is temperature-resistant up to 180 degrees.

13 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
