As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

2 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

3 How do I replace the bulb?

You can carefully unscrew the cover on the light body and then replace the bulb.

4 Is the Artemis SmartHome capable?

The Artemis luminaire is SmartHome-compatible if you connect an appropriate ballast in front of the luminaire.
