Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. Please note: Batteries for the remote control are not included in the scope of delivery. Recommended batteries: 2× button cells (e.g. CR2032, 3 V, 230 mA). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

You can conveniently switch the light on and off using the remote control provided. Simply tap the "I" button to switch it on and the "O" button to switch it off.

Dimming

You can easily control the light using the touch remote control. This gives you maximum flexibility for customized lighting. Thanks to its stepless dimming function, you can adjust the light intensity as you wish. You can control the brightness via the top "DIMM" bar - either by swiping to the right (brighter) or left (darker), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. Of course, the last setting is always saved when you switch the light off and on again. Convince yourself of the simple and convenient control and experience the perfect lighting experience. You can either stick or screw on the magnetic holder to attach the remote control flexibly to the wall.

Pontos Lampen

De lampen zijn geweldig en van hoge kwaliteit en zijn echt een verrijking voor onze slaapkamer. Alleen de antracietkleur is meer brons/taupe, maar het past nog steeds.

Geweldig licht van een geweldige armatuur

Er is geen betere lamp denkbaar om ons trappenhuis te verlichten! Hij is bijzonder geslaagd omdat hij duidelijk is uitgelijnd, tijdloos is, flexibel kan worden uitgelijnd en zelfs dimbaar is. Het was het lange wachten waard.

Geweldige wandlampen. Maak een geweldige lamp

Maar er is een aftrek voor de montage. Zonder handigheid is het erg moeilijk. Het probleem is dat de kap te klein is. Het is onmogelijk om alles erin te krijgen - vooral als je op een ladder staat. Ik heb de muur een beetje opengehaald zodat de klem in de muur zit. Als ze eenmaal hangen, zijn ze geweldig! Geweldig licht. Ik moest 4 lampen monteren en dat kostte me vele uren. Maar het werk was het waard

De lamp voldoet volledig aan onze verwachtingen en is een echte blikvanger. Ik heb ook andere wandlampen van Neona besteld, die er ook geweldig uitzien en zowel visueel als functioneel doen wat ze beloven.

Topkwaliteit - ik was zeer aangenaam verrast!
Het pakket bevatte ook handschoenen voor het monteren en een afstandsbediening... daar had ik me niet van bewust.

Prachtige lichten

Na het installeren van twee “Pontos” lampen naast het bed in de slaapkamer, kwam het wow-effect! De 360 graden roterende koppen creëren geweldige lichteffecten op de muur, instelbaar met de afstandsbediening wat betreft lichtwarmte en helderheid. Ze creëren een geweldige sfeer! Zelfs als ze zijn uitgeschakeld, is het eenvoudige ontwerp indrukwekkend. De service was perfect en uiterst betrouwbaar!

Bestelde een lamp in december en ontving deze pas in maart. Zeer lange levertijd & slechte klantenservice.
Ik zou twee keer nadenken voordat ik er weer bestel.

Geweldige wandlampen

Ik heb lang moeten wachten op de lampen, maar het was het waard, ze zien er geweldig uit en geven een prachtig licht, dat verder kan worden beïnvloed met de dimmer. De installatie is echter een beetje moeilijk omdat er niet veel ruimte is voor alle kabels. Het werkt, maar je moet een beetje geduld hebben, maar het is het waard!
In mijn geval waren leveringsproblemen de reden voor de wachttijd en gedurende deze tijd werd er herhaaldelijk contact met me opgenomen door Neona om me op de hoogte te houden, iets wat je tegenwoordig niet per se meer gewend bent. Ik wens dit jonge bedrijf en het team het allerbeste voor de toekomst en ik zal weer bij ze kopen als ik een nieuwe lamp nodig heb.

FAQ

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

3 Can I dim the light using the wall switch?

Yes, the brightness can be adjusted in 3 levels by pressing the wall switch several times.

4 Is Pontos SmartHome capable?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our lights. If you want to continue to adjust the color temperature (warm to cool white), the Smart Home transformer must be CCT-capable.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

6 Does the Pontos have a memory function?

Yes, our remote lights have a memory function that can be used to save a setting. To activate it, you must wait at least 20 seconds between switching off and on using the wall switch. When operated with the remote control, the previous setting is always saved.

7 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Pontos?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 Can luminaires with IP20 be used in the bathroom?

Lights with IP20 may only be used in the bathroom outside the protected areas. This means they are not suitable for direct use in the shower or bath. However, they can be used in dry areas such as in the middle of the room or on the ceiling. For greater safety, we recommend luminaires with at least IP44 in the bathroom.
