Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The luminaire is not dimmable. However, as dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable by replacing the transformer, which can be easily exchanged using a click system. You can purchase the right transformer from us. Simply contact our customer support team. The lights can then be dimmed by trailing edge.

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

3 Is the Xena dimmable?

The rechargeable battery version is infinitely dimmable via remote control and a button on the luminaire. The Xena cable connection version can be made dimmable by replacing the triac transformer. This can be easily replaced using a click system. You can purchase the appropriate transformer from us. Simply contact our customer support team. The lights can then be dimmed by trailing edge.

4 Is the Xena SmartHome capable?

The Xena luminaire can be made SmartHome compatible by replacing the transformer. This can be easily replaced using a click system. To do this, the transformer must match the technical requirements of the installed transformer.

5 Does the Xena have a motion detector?

The Xena with cable connection does not have a motion detector. However, it is possible to select a suitable motion detector yourself and integrate it into the luminaire. To do this, the technical requirements of the luminaire must be taken into account. We cannot recommend a suitable motion detector. Our rechargeable version has a motion detector in the remote control. The remote control can be placed anywhere.

6 Where can I find the assembly instructions for the Xena?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

7 Can the Xena be completely darkened?

Yes, you can close the light outlets on the Xena to vary the play of light.

8 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.

Dies ist besonders praktisch en energiebespaarnd voor dunkle Bereiche, wie tot de Beispiel lange Hale of voor Treppenhäuser, die niet die ganze Zeit verlicht werden müssen.
