9 How do I connect the remote control to my floor lamp?

Er zijn twee manieren waarop de lamp met de afstandsbediening kan worden verbonden:

1. Breng de afstandsbediening zo dicht mogelijk (het beste op 20 cm afstand) bij de transformator. Deze bevindt zich in de voedingseenheid van de lamp.

2. Koppel de voedingseenheid los van de kabel en wacht min. 5 seconden, zodat de lamp volledig ontladen is.

3.
a. Optie 1:
Houd binnen 3 seconden na het verbinden van voedingseenheid en kabel de “ON”-toets (“I”) op de afstandsbediening ingedrukt.

b. Optie 2:
Koppel tegelijkertijd de voedingseenheid los van de kabel en houd de “ON”-toets (“I”) op de afstandsbediening ingedrukt. Belangrijk: de voedingseenheid moet met de kabel verbonden zijn voordat het statuslampje van de afstandsbediening voor de tweede keer rood oplicht en het rode lampje blijft branden. De eerste keer oplichten is een knippering; bij de tweede keer blijft het lampje rood en knippert het statuslampje niet meer. Het statuslampje brandt dus constant rood terwijl je het ingedrukt houdt. Het koppelingsproces kan ALLEEN werken als de voedingseenheid vóór de 2e (en constante) knippering met de kabel wordt verbonden.

4. Na een succesvolle koppeling knippert het lampje van de lamp één keer kort. De functies van de afstandsbediening kunnen nu worden gebruikt.

BELANGRIJK:
• Houd je bij het koppelen/ontkoppelen precies aan de tijdsvolgorde – die is bepalend voor het succes.
• Als de koppeling niet lukt, herhaal dan het proces zorgvuldig.

No. We do not currently have a store where you can view the lights. We are exclusively an online store. However, thanks to our 30-day return policy, it is perfectly possible to order the lights to your home to view them!

15 How do you change the batteries in the square glass remote control?

To replace the batteries in the glass remote control with wall mount, use a flat, narrow object (e.g., a small flathead screwdriver) to carefully pry open the back plate at the notch on the back. You can then insert the button cells.

16 Why are delivery times sometimes so long? Is earlier delivery possible?
Our lights are in high demand, and some models may have delivery times of up to 12 weeks. This is because we sometimes cannot accurately predict demand for particularly popular products. If a product is significantly more popular than expected, it sells out quickly and we first have to reproduce it. This process, including high-quality quality controls, can take up to 12 weeks.

As a self-financed and organically growing company, we deliberately produce without large surpluses in order to conserve resources and work sustainably. With your order, you are securing a light from the next production batch. Although we always strive to keep our products available immediately, we cannot guarantee that there will be any left after a new production batch. We therefore recommend ordering early.
