Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. The Viva luminaire always has 3 lighting elements. It is not possible to freely select the number of globes.

2 Where can I find the installation instructions for the VIVA?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

3 Is the VIVA SmartHome capable?

No. However, the light can be connected to a SmarteHome-capable socket such as Philips Hue.

4 Is VIVA dimmable?

Yes, the brightness can be adjusted using the foot switch.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

6 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.
