Schickst du mir Die Lampe passt sich wunderbar unsere modernen Einrichtung an. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl! Die Qualität der Lampe ist sehr gut, die Lieferung kam sehr zeitnah nach der Bestellung.

Hochwertiges, hervorragend verarbeitetes Material, edles Design, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, das mit dem Raum und dem Mobiliar harmoniert und doch für sich ein besonderes, wunderschönes Schmuckstück ist. Die Wärme und Intensität des Lichtes sehr angenehm und durch den Dimmer je nach Bedarf variabel. So wünscht man es sich! Ware absolut sicher verpackt und in äußerst einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert.

Ich mag das Design, leider aber schief

Die Lampe ist generell wie erwartet sehr schön vom Design. Auch der Aufbau ging sehr leicht. Was wir leider nicht hinbekommen haben, da das scheinbar ein Produktionsfehler ist: sie ist nicht gerade.. finde ich irgendwie schade - bei uns steht sie nämlich neben einem Fenster wodurch man die Neigung recht deutlich sieht ..

I was really happy to receive my lamp

I am super happy with the lamp and how it was packed and preserved in the box. A little bit too long delivery period, but it's worth it, and I will continue ordering from them.

Good design but bad quality

Because I support your business, I wanted to take the time to leave a review. When I first discovered your brand, I was excited to finally find a lamp that had such a modern design and striking modeling. However, the actual product I received is of quite poor quality which diminishes the impressive design. The glass shade has noticeable scratches and is slightly distorted in shape. (Please don't say 'handmade' as in AJAX, NYXIA's Q&A—you know it doesn't make sense. It's a matter of manufacturing quality.) I believe that the quality of a product is just as important, if not more so, than its design in leaving a lasting impression on customers. Perhaps the product is manufactured through an OEM process? For the continued success of your business, it might be worth considering a different manufacturer. I'm also a bit concerned about the three additional lamps that are yet to arrive, but I remain hopeful!

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

3 Can I dim the light using the wall switch?

Yes, the brightness can be adjusted in 3 levels by pressing the wall switch several times.

4 Is there a money-back guarantee?
