Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

Briefly press the touch sensor to switch the battery lamp on. Briefly press the touch sensor again to switch the lamp off. The touch sensor is located under the base of the lamp.

Dimming

With the table lamp switched on, keep the touch sensor pressed until the desired brightness is set. Tapping quickly changes the colour temperature. The lamp remembers your setting – it saves the last selected light intensity and automatically restores it the next time you switch it on.

1 How long does the battery of the TERA BATTERY last?

On a full charge, the TERA BATTERY lights for up to 8 hours. It is charged via USB-C cable, and the charging time is approx. 8 hours. A power adapter is not included in the scope of delivery.

2 Is the TERA BATTERY dimmable?

Yes. With the lamp switched on, hold down the touch sensor until the brightness is right. Tap quickly to change the colour temperature.

3 Is the TERA BATTERY smart home compatible?

No. The TERA BATTERY has no smart home interface and cannot be retrofitted with one.

4 Are small bubbles or irregularities in the glass a quality defect?

Each of our glass shades is made using a high-temperature forming process and is mouth-blown. This gives the shade its beautiful shape and creates a true one-of-a-kind piece that makes every lamp something special! Small bubbles or fine air inclusions may occur in the process – they are a typical hallmark of genuine craftsmanship and underline the uniqueness of every lamp. They are not a quality defect and affect neither the beauty nor the function of the product.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

6 Why does the marbling look different on every lamp?

For our marble lamps we use real natural stone that formed in the earth over millions of years. That is why no two pieces are alike: the grain, veining and colour nuances are unique to every lamp and make it a true one-of-a-kind piece. Deviations from the product images, fine inclusions or slight colour differences are a typical characteristic of the natural material. They do not constitute a quality defect or grounds for a complaint and affect neither the beauty nor the function of the product.
