Yes! The light can be switched on and off with a conventional wall rocker switch as well as with the supplied remote control. Important: Operation with a wall dimmer switch is not possible. For this, the built-in transformer would have to be replaced with a TRIAC transformer.

Yes! The lamp comes with built-in LEDs and is ready to use right away. You don't need to buy any additional bulbs – you can simply mount the lamp and start using it. The LEDs have a very long lifespan of over 50,000 hours and are covered by our 3-year warranty.

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the lamp. In our experience, however, it is usually the transformers rather than the LEDs themselves that are affected by defects in LED lamps. These can generally be replaced quickly. If you ever have any problems with this, we will of course be happy to help you.

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-funded company and already bear the shipping costs to you, we unfortunately cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamps back within 30 days, you will therefore receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return through our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

Yes, our remote-controlled lights have a memory function. When operated with the remote control, the last selected setting is saved automatically.

If the light is switched off and on again via the wall switch, you should wait at least 20 seconds in between so that the memory function works correctly.

Your delivery includes a card with a QR code. It takes you to the installation guide.

No, the Solei always shines upwards and downwards at the same time.

Our lamps are not TRIAC dimmable as standard. However, they can be made TRIAC dimmable by replacing the installed transformer.

To do this, the existing transformer must be replaced with a suitable TRIAC transformer. It is important that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the original transformer. Our lamps are controlled via constant current. The TRIAC transformer must therefore be designed for constant-current lamps. Constant-voltage systems are not compatible with our lamps.

In addition, the new transformer must meet the minimum requirements of the LEDs, particularly with regard to wattage and voltage. Please note that a fixed light colour must then be selected during installation: cool white, warm white or neutral white, where neutral white is created by combining both LED colours.

Our lights are not smart-home compatible as standard. However, they can be connected to a smart home system by replacing the installed transformer.

To do this, the existing transformer must be replaced with a suitable smart home transformer. It is important that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous one. Our lights are controlled via constant current (Constant Current). The smart home system or smart home transformer must therefore be designed for constant-current lights. Constant-voltage systems are not compatible with our lights.

If you still want to adjust the color temperature from warm white to cool white, the smart home transformer must also be CCT-capable.
