Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off
The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming
The luminaire is TRIAC dimmable (i.e. via wall switch). The luminaire can be dimmed via leading edge phase control as well as trailing edge phase control. Use either a dimmer with the symbols R or L (for leading edge phase control) on the packaging or with the symbol C (for trailing edge phase control). We recommend choosing a universal dimmer that is suitable for both leading edge phase control (R, L) and trailing edge phase control (C) to ensure maximum flexibility and compatibility. Such a dimmer is usually marked with R, L and C.

FAQ
1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

3 Is the NOIA SmartHome capable?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our luminaires. Non-dimmable LEDs are installed in the NOIA luminaire. This means that you can only switch them on and off via the smart home system but not dim them. We cannot recommend a suitable smart home transformer for the NOIA light.

4 Can the NOIA TRIAC be dimmed?

Yes, NOIA is TRIAC dimmable. The dimmer wall switch simply needs to be suitable for the transformer so that the luminaire can be dimmed without flickering.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

6 Where can I find the installation instructions for the NOIA?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

7 What are the technical specifications of the Noia's built-in cable?

The built-in cable is 2-wire and has a conductor cross-section of 0.3 mm^2. It is cable type H03VV-F, has a maximum voltage of 300/500 V and is temperature-resistant up to 180 degrees.

8 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
