Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The luminaire is not dimmable. However, as dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable by replacing the transformer, which can be easily exchanged using a click system. You cannot purchase the matching transformer from us.

Sehr sehr schön, würde sie immer wieder kaufen, allerdings hab ich Probleme beim anbringen gehabt. War aber auch mein erstes mal.

Wirklich tolles Produkt

Hallo,

wir haben die Lampe 2x als Leselampe neben dem Bett. Das Licht ist sehr gerichtet und blendfrei, macht trotzdem ausreichend helles Leselicht durch das Anstrahlen der weißen Wand und des hellen Nachttisches.

Die Lichtfarbe ist perfekt und es macht einen super hochwertigen, schweren und massiven Eindruck.

Die obere Abdeckung für Elektrik und Befestigung ist etwas knapp dimensioniert und ich habe bei der Montage geflucht - kommt aber ja nur 1x vor dafür ist sie eben eher kompakt zurückhaltend.

Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Nach einem Fehler am Anschluss der LYRA Leuchte wurde mir anstandslos kurzfristig ein Ersatz zugeschickt.

1 How can the length of the ropes be adjusted?

On the ceiling suspension and on the wire holders, each suspension wire is guided through a small split pin. Push the split pin in with one finger while you pull the suspension wire with the other hand or guide the wire back into the housing to change the hanging height of the lamp. Thanks to this mechanism, you can change the hanging height even after the lamp has been mounted.

2 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

3 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

4 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

5 Is the Lyra TRIAC dimmable?

The Lyra luminaire can be made dimmable by replacing the Triac transformer. This can be easily replaced using a click system. To do this, the transformer must match the technical requirements of the installed transformer.

6 Is the Lyra SmartHome capable?

The Lyra luminaire can be made SmartHome compatible by replacing the transformer. This can be easily replaced using a click system. To do this, the transformer must match the technical requirements of the installed transformer.

7 Where can I find the assembly instructions for the Lyra?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
