Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off
Briefly touch the touch sensor (pin protruding from the donut) to switch the light on. Briefly press the touch sensor to switch the light off. The light is supplied with power via a wall plug and has no on/off switch next to the touch sensor.

Dimming
When the light is switched on, touch the touch sensor for a long time to set the desired brightness. Release it and the light intensity will retain the last brightness each time it is switched on. Important: For the memory function to work, there must be at least 20 seconds between switching off and on.

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

3 Can I dim the light using the wall switch?

Yes, the brightness can be adjusted in 3 levels by pressing the wall switch several times.

4 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

5 Is the Lumira cable also available in a color other than black?

No. The Lumio cable is only available in black and is permanently attached to the luminaire.

6 Are small bubbles or irregularities in the glass a quality defect?

Each of our glass shades is manufactured using a high-temperature molding process and mouth-blown. This gives the shade its beautiful shape and creates a truly unique piece that makes every Lumira something special! Small bubbles or fine air pockets may occur - they are a typical feature of genuine handcraft and emphasize the uniqueness of each lamp. They are not a quality defect and do not affect the beauty or function of the product.

7 Can the Lumira also be used without a cable?

No. The Lumio requires a power connection.

8 Is the Lumira Smart Home capable?

Yes, the light can be made SmartHome-compatible if a smart ballast is placed between the socket and the power supply unit. There is a delay when the lighting is switched on. But not when it is switched off. However, the light cannot be dimmed via this.
