Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming

The brightness can be adjusted in three levels (100% - 40% - 10%) using the wall switch (conventional wall toggle switch) to create the desired atmosphere at all times. Switching on: When first switched on, the light shines at 100% of its output. Second level: Switch the light off and on again within 2 seconds to reduce the brightness to 40%. Third stage: Repeat the process to dim the light to 10% of its output. For optimum use of the dimming function, switch the light on and off within an interval of less than 2 seconds to switch to dimming mode. Please note that the dimming function has no memory function. This means that the light does not save the last brightness level set after it has been switched off completely (e.g. disconnected from the mains). When the light is switched on again, it always starts at 100% brightness.

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

3 Is the Estella SmartHome capable?

It is possible to replace the Estella transformer with a Smarthome-compatible transformer. This must meet all the technical requirements of the luminaire and be designed for constant current. You can then switch the light on and off with a Smarthome system but not dim it.

4 Is the Estella TRIAC dimmable?

No. And it cannot be made triac dimmable.

5 Does the Estella have a memory function?

No. The Estella does not have a memory function. This means that the previous light setting cannot be saved.
