Eine sehr schöne stylische Lampe mit Ablage. Nur die Zuleitung scheint uns etwas schmutzempfindlich. Die Verpackung ist „Mega“, hier gibt es sicherlich auch etwas Umweltfreundliches. Ansonsten sind wir mit dem Produkt zufrieden.😁 War vermutlich nicht die letzte Bestellung.
die Lampe ist ein echter Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Clara in Kundenservice hervorragend, die Lieferung wurde beschleunigt und alles perfekt gelaufen.

Das Produkt kam nach 8-Wöchiger Lieferzeit, sicher im original Karton verpackt, endlich bei mir zu Hause an. Der Aufbau war ohne Bauplan gut zu handhaben. Mit etwas Geduld war es auch möglich sich mit dem Kundensupport zu verständigen. Alles in allem bin ich ganz zu frieden!

Auch wenn der Versand etwas gedauert hat, es hat sich gelohnt. Ich wurde vom Neona Team immer wieder kontaktiert, um mich über die Lieferverzögerung bzw. den aktuellen Versandstatus auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Die Lampe war grandios verpackt und der Aufbau ging kinderleicht. Für mich persönlich wäre der Schalter direkt an der Lampe funktioneller gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf aller höchstem Niveau. Ich freue mich über meine tolle Lampe jeden Tag aufs Neue. Macht weiter so, im Kundenservice und im Design weiterer Lampen.
Die Stehlampe ist qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet, ist gut mit anderen Neona-Leuchten in Farbe Gold kombinierbar und passt perfekt in unser Wohnzimmer
