Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off
The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming
The luminaire is not dimmable. However, as dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable by replacing the transformer, which can be easily exchanged using a click system. You can purchase the right transformer from us. Simply contact our customer support team. The lights can then be dimmed by trailing edge.

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

3 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

4 Is Tulio SmartHome capable?

The light can be made SmartHome-capable by replacing the transformer. To do this, the transformer must match the technical requirements of the previously installed transformer.

5 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Tulio?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

6 Can luminaires with IP20 be used in the bathroom?

Lights with IP20 may only be used in the bathroom outside the protected areas. This means they are not suitable for direct use in the shower or bath. However, they can be used in dry areas such as in the middle of the room or on the ceiling. For greater safety, we recommend luminaires with at least IP44 in the bathroom.

7 Ist die Tulio TRIAC dimmbar?

Die Tulio ist von Haus aus nicht dimmbar. Sie kann aber durch einen Austausch der beiden verbauten Trafos TRIAC dimmbar gemacht werden. Die Trafos sind bei uns für 19,50 € erhältlich. Für die Umrüstung werden 2 Trafos benötigt, da die Leuchte zwei getrennte LED-Streifen verbaut hat.
