Briefly touch the touch switch to switch the light on and off.

Dimming

Holding the touch switch lets you adjust the brightness individually. Tapping the touch switch quickly changes the color temperature. The touch switch responds to your touch and lets you control the light exactly the way you want.

FAQ

1 Is the TERA dimmable?

Yes. You can dim the TERA continuously by touch: hold the touch switch until the brightness is right. A wall dimmer is not needed for this.

2 Is the TERA smart home compatible?

No interface of its own – but the TERA can be switched on and off via a smart plug.

3 Can luminaires with IP20 be used in the bathroom?

Lights with protection rating IP20 may only be used in the bathroom outside the protected zones. This means they are not suitable for direct use in the shower or above the bathtub. In dry areas, for example in the middle of the room or on the ceiling, they can however be used. For added safety, we recommend lights with at least protection rating IP44 in the bathroom.

4 Are small bubbles or irregularities in the glass a quality defect?

Each of our glass shades is made using a high-temperature forming process and is mouth-blown. This gives the shade its beautiful shape and creates a true one-of-a-kind piece that makes every lamp something special! Small bubbles or fine air inclusions may occur in the process – they are a typical hallmark of genuine craftsmanship and underline the uniqueness of every lamp. They are not a quality defect and affect neither the beauty nor the function of the product.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

6 Why does the marbling look different on every lamp?

For our marble lamps we use real natural stone that formed in the earth over millions of years. That is why no two pieces are alike: the grain, veining and colour nuances are unique to every lamp and make it a true one-of-a-kind piece. Deviations from the product images, fine inclusions or slight colour differences are a typical characteristic of the natural material. They do not constitute a quality defect or grounds for a complaint and affect neither the beauty nor the function of the product.
