Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off
The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming
The brightness can be adjusted in three levels (100% - 40% - 10%) using the wall switch (conventional wall toggle switch) to create the desired atmosphere at all times. Switching on: When first switched on, the light shines at 100% of its output. Second level: Switch the light off and on again within 2 seconds to reduce the brightness to 40%. Third stage: Repeat the process to dim the light to 10% of its output. For optimum use of the dimming function, switch the light on and off within an interval of less than 2 seconds to switch to dimming mode. Please note that the dimming function has no memory function. This means that the light does not save the last brightness level set after it has been switched off completely (e.g. disconnected from the mains). When the light is switched on again, it always starts at 100% brightness.

1 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

2 Can I dim the light using the wall switch?

Yes, the brightness can be adjusted in 3 levels by pressing the wall switch several times.

3 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

4 Is the Lunara SmartHome capable?

The Lunara luminaire can be made SmartHome compatible by replacing the transformer. To do this, the transformer must match the technical requirements of the previously installed transformer.

5 Is the Lunara TRIAc dimmable?

No. The Lunara is not TRIAc dimmable and cannot be made TRIAC dimmable.

6 Is the Lunara Smarthome-capable?

No. The Lunara is not Smarthome-capable and cannot be made Smarthome-capable.

7 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Lunara?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 Does the Lunara have a memory function?

No. The Lunara does not have a memory function. This means that the previous light setting cannot be saved.

9 Can luminaires with IP20 be used in the bathroom?

Lights with IP20 may only be used in the bathroom outside the protected areas. This means they are not suitable for direct use in the shower or bath. However, they can be used in dry areas such as in the middle of the room or on the ceiling. For greater safety, we recommend luminaires with at least IP44 in the bathroom.
