Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming
The luminaire is not dimmable. As non-dimmable LEDs are installed, it is not possible to convert it to be dimmable. However, it is possible to adjust the brightness and lighting atmosphere to your own requirements by varying the light elements.

1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Can I retrofit lighting elements?

Yes, you can buy more elements on the track system product page at any time and retrofit the light whenever you want.

3 How do I conceal the track in places where no lighting element is clicked in?

The scope of delivery includes a cover that you can easily cut to size to cover areas where there is no lighting element.

4 Can I dim the light?

The luminaire has no dimmer switch and no remote control for dimming. However, you can reduce the brightness by clicking out elements and increase the brightness by clicking in more elements (e.g. more beams).

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.
