How can you adjust the height of ceiling lights?

With our modern NEONA ceiling lights, the height is usually adjusted directly via the ceiling canopy of the light.

What height should a ceiling lamp have?

Above the dining table, the ideal distance is around 60 to 70 centimeters from the tabletop so that the lamp does not cause glare. As general lighting in the living room, a ceiling lamp should hang at least 2.10 meters above the floor. Height-adjustable models let you fine-tune it to the perfect position at any time.

Are height-adjustable ceiling lamps also dimmable?

Many of our height-adjustable models are dimmable as well. Such a ceiling lamp combines flexible positioning with variable brightness control. LED versions are especially convenient, as some of them can also switch the color temperature from warm white to daylight white.
