Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Briefly touch the touch switch to switch the VEGA on and off.

The brightness can be individually adjusted by holding the touch switch. The touch switch reacts to your touch and allows you to control the light exactly as you wish.

FAQ
1 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

2 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

3 Can I dim the light?

The luminaire has no dimmer switch and no remote control for dimming. However, you can reduce the brightness by clicking out elements and increase the brightness by clicking in more elements (e.g. more beams).

4 Are small bubbles or irregularities in the glass a quality defect?

Each of our glass shades is manufactured in a high-temperature molding process and mouth-blown. This gives the shade its beautiful shape and creates a truly unique piece that makes every Lumio something special! Small bubbles or fine air pockets may occur - they are a typical feature of genuine handcraft and emphasize the uniqueness of each lamp. They are not a quality defect and do not affect the beauty or function of the product.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

6 Is Vega SmartHome capable?

No. But you can make them Smart Home-capable by using a Philipps Hue socket, for example.

7 Where can I find the Vega assembly instructions?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.
