The light arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply plug it in and enjoy. Please note: Light sources are not included (GU10 bulbs). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

This luminaire is dimmable if you use a dimmable light source. Please note that a suitable wall dimmer switch must be available in your home. You can obtain suitable dimmable GU10 light sources directly from us. Simply contact our customer support team - we will be happy to place an order for you.

1 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

2 Which color requires which light bulbs?

The Ajax in black and white has a GU10 socket. The other colors (white gold and black gold) have an E27 socket

3 How do I find the right light bulbs?

You can buy matching light bulbs from us. 5 pieces cost 18.50€ incl. shipping. Please send an e-mail to our customer support support@neona.store. We will then create the order for you.

4 Cylinder diameter

The inner diameter of the cylinders is 4.8 cm

5 Adjusting the cylinders

The cylinders are made by hand. For this reason, it can unfortunately happen in a few cases that the cylinders are not completely straight. But there is a solution! There are small grub screws on the cross. These screws can be used to compensate for the difference. If you need help, please contact our customer support team at support@neona.store.

6 Is the Ajax TRIAC dimmable?

Yes, you can make the luminaire dimmable with TRIAC dimmable light sources.

7 Where can I find the Ajax installation instructions?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 What are the technical specifications of the Ajax cable?

The installed cable is 1-wire and has a conductor cross-section of 0.5mm^2. It is cable type F472/VDE, has a maximum voltage of 300/500 V and is temperature-resistant up to 180 degrees.

9 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
