Assembly

The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. Please note: Batteries for the remote control are not included in the scope of delivery. Recommended batteries: 2× button cells (e.g. CR2032, 3 V, 230 mA). You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off

You can conveniently switch the light on and off using the remote control provided. Simply tap the "I" button to switch it on and the "O" button to switch it off.

Dimming

You can easily control the light using the touch remote control. This gives you maximum flexibility for customized lighting. Thanks to its stepless dimming function, you can adjust the light intensity and light color as desired. You can adjust the brightness via the upper "DIMM" bar - either by swiping to the right (brighter) or left (darker), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. On the lower "TEMP" bar, you can set the color temperature - either by swiping to the right (warmer) or left (cooler), or by tapping the "+" or "-" symbols. Of course, the last setting is always saved when you switch the light off and on again. Convince yourself of the simple and convenient control and experience the perfect lighting experience. You can either stick or screw on the magnetic holder to attach the remote control flexibly to the wall.

Eine tolle Bereicherung für meine Wohnung

Die Lampe ist sehr schön und bringt meine Küche wo sie über dem Esstisch hängt nochmal mehr zum Strahlen. Das Anbringen war aufgrund der Deckenhöhe etwas tricky, aber mit drei Personen war es gut möglich. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen

Tolles Design

Rundum zufrieden, sieht top aus wie erwartet. Dimm und Temeraturfunktion über Fernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei.
Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Qualität der Dübel könnte besser sein. Einer hatte einen Grat, der erst mit einem Cutter entfernt werden musste.
Bedienungsanleitung spricht von 4mm Bohrloch, muss aber 8 mm sein.
Beide Punkte mindern aber nicht die positive Gesamtbewertung. Ich empfehle Neona weiter.

Das Design wirkt modern und passt sehr gut in den Raum. Besonders gefällt uns die angenehme Helligkeit – das Licht ist gleichmäßig und nicht blendend. Die Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde die Lampe - trotz langer Lieferzeit - definitiv weiterempfehlen. Top!

Tolle Leuchte, guter Service. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob die Leuchte auch hell genug sei, wurde mir sehr freundlich und qualifiziert Rede und Antwort gestanden, so dass meine Bedenken entkräftet werden konnten. Leuchte ist von hervorragender Qualität und auch problemlos zu montieren. Kleiner Tipp: Mit zwei Böcken auf dem Tisch als Auflage ist die Montage ein Kinderspiel.

Auch die Montage war problemlos und nachdem wir anfangs Probleme mit unserem alten Dimmer hatten, wurden wir vom Kundenservice perfekt unterstützt.

Hallo NEONA,

Anfangs hatten wir etwas Zweifel ob alles mit der Bestellung klappt und waren überrascht, dass der Liefertermin wie angegeben genau eingehalten wurde. Perfekt.

Zur Leuchte selbst werden wir ebenfalls 5 Sterne vergeben, die Leuchte macht uns riesen Spass, lässt sich über die Fernbedienung super Dimmen und im Farbton verändern. Optimal ist auch der Blendfaktor der Leuchte, man kann am Tisch sitzen und wird keinesfalls von der Leuchte geblendet. Ich denke der UGR Wert liegt weit und 19.
Die Leuchtwirkung nach oben ist sehr homogen.
Wir werden Euch auf jedem Fall Weiterempfehlen, bzw. wir haben es bereits getan. Gerne wieder.

1 How do I connect the remote control to the light?

Switch off the light by unplugging the power supply unit. Press and hold the On button on the remote control while plugging the power supply unit back into the socket. The remote control is now connected

2 How can the length of the ropes be adjusted?

On the ceiling suspension and on the wire holders, each suspension wire is guided through a small split pin. Push the split pin in with one finger while you pull the suspension wire with the other hand or guide the wire back into the housing to change the hanging height of the lamp. Thanks to this mechanism, you can change the hanging height even after the lamp has been mounted.

3 Can I also operate the light with the light switch?

Yes, the light can be switched on and off using both the light switch and the remote control.

4 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

5 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

6 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

7 Does the AURELIA have a memory function?

Yes, our remote lights have a memory function that can be used to save a setting. To activate it, you must wait at least 20 seconds between switching off and on using the wall switch. When operated with the remote control, the previous setting is always saved.

8 Where can I find the AURELIA motor instructions?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the installation instructions.

9 Can the AURELIA only shine in one direction?

No. The Sol always lights upwards and downwards at the same time.

10 Can the AURELIA TRIAC be dimmed?

Our lights are not TRIAC dimmable as standard. However, you can make them TRIAC dimmable. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable TRIAC transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The TRIAC transformer must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our luminaires. The transformer must also meet the minimum requirements of the LEDs (wattage and voltage). Please note that you must then decide whether to use only cool white, warm white or neutral white (both LED colors mixed) during installation.

11 Is the AURELIA smart home compatible?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our lights. If you want to continue to adjust the color temperature (warm to cool white), the Smart Home transformer must be CCT-capable.

12 What are the technical specifications of the installed cable?

The installed cable is 1-wire and has a conductor cross-section of 0.2 mm^2. It is cable type TX-2FEP/VDE, has a maximum voltage of 300/500 V and is temperature-resistant up to 180 degrees.

13 Can I mount the light offset to the power connection?

Our luminaires do not have an additional outlet for a cable duct in the wall or ceiling plate as standard. They are designed to be mounted directly on the existing power connection.

If your power connection is not exactly where you want the luminaire to be, you can always drill a hole in the wall or ceiling panel of the luminaire to run a cable duct and mount the luminaire in an offset position.

Please note, however, that we do not accept any warranty for subsequent drilling. In addition, the luminaire cannot be exchanged after such a modification.
