AJAX – Design, dimensions and light quality

AJAX is an asymmetrical ceiling lamp made of lacquered aluminum with five protruding light cylinders.

The cylinders emit light upward and downward, combining direct and indirect lighting. This creates a striking lighting effect for elongated areas and deliberately designed living spaces.

At 122 cm long, the light suits modern, minimalist interior concepts. The delicate suspension is additionally held by a wire cable.

Two suspension rods allow a hanging depth of 30 cm or 60 cm; they cannot be combined to make 90 cm. You determine the brightness and light color through the bulb you use.

Material: Lacquered aluminum
Length: 122 cm
Cylinders: Five cylinders, each 10.5 cm long and Ø 5.5 cm
Hanging depth: 30 cm or 60 cm with the included suspension rods
Light emission: Upward and downward
Socket: GU10
Bulb: Not included; dimmable with dimmable bulbs
Colors: Black or white
Protection rating: IP20
Weight: 1.4 kg

Sehr attraktive Lampe

Lampe Ajax - alles top!

Super Optik und gut zu installieren! Danke

FAQ

1 Is there a money-back guarantee?

You have a 30-day right of return with us.

Return policy: In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return costs for you and refund the full amount.

As we are a young, self-financed company and already bear the shipping costs to you, unfortunately we cannot also cover the costs of a regular return. If you send your lamp back within 30 days, you will receive the refund amount minus the return shipping costs.

For a stress-free return process, you can simply register your return via our returns portal. There you can keep track of the current status of your return at any time.

2 Which color requires which light bulbs?

The Ajax in black and white has a GU10 socket. The other colors (white gold and black gold) have an E27 socket

3 How do I find the right light bulbs?

You can buy matching light bulbs from us. 5 pieces cost 18.50€ incl. shipping. Please send an e-mail to our customer support support@neona.store. We will then create the order for you.

4 Cylinder diameter

The inner diameter of the cylinders is 4.8 cm

5 Adjusting the cylinders

The cylinders are made by hand. For this reason, it can unfortunately happen in a few cases that the cylinders are not completely straight. But there is a solution! There are small grub screws on the cross. These screws can be used to compensate for the difference. If you need help, please contact our customer support team at support@neona.store.

6 Is the Ajax TRIAC dimmable?

Yes, you can make the luminaire dimmable with TRIAC dimmable light sources.

7 Where can I find the Ajax installation instructions?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 What are the technical specifications of the Ajax cable?

The installed cable is 1-wire and has a conductor cross-section of 0.5mm^2. It is cable type F472/VDE, has a maximum voltage of 300/500 V and is temperature-resistant up to 180 degrees.
