Black Week at Neona 2026 means three weeks of deals with up to 50% off, split into three waves from Monday, 9 November, to Sunday, 29 November. Black Friday falls on Friday, 27 November, which puts it in the third wave. Here you will find all the dates, the current delivery times and shipping costs to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and the return rules, so you can plan in peace ahead of Christmas Eve on 24 December. When is Black Week 2026 at Neona?

Black Week at Neona starts on Monday, 9 November 2026, at 00:00 and ends on Sunday, 29 November 2026, at 23:59. Instead of a single promotion week, there are three waves of one week each. They run at the same time in all of Neona's markets.

All times are in Central European Time (CET). If you order from a country in a different time zone, convert the start and end to your local time.

How much discount is there during Black Week?

During Black Week at Neona you get up to 50% off. "Up to" means this is the highest discount of the promotion, not every light is reduced by exactly this amount. You can see how much you save on your favourite light in the price on its product page. According to Neona, Black Week offers the lowest price of the year.

During the promotion you will find all reduced lights collected under Black Week deals at Neona. It is best to put your favourites on a list before 9 November, including room, dimensions and light colour. Then on Monday all you have to compare is the price. Which wave suits you?

If the light is meant to be a Christmas present or is going abroad, it is better to order in wave 1 or 2. Black Friday in wave 3 is the best-known date, but it leaves you the smallest time buffer before the holidays.

• Wave 1 (9 to 15 November): The most time for delivery, unpacking and trying it out. Makes sense for ceiling and pendant lights that still need an installation appointment.
• Wave 2 (16 to 22 November): Still plenty of room before Christmas Eve, also for international orders with longer delivery times.
• Wave 3 (23 to 29 November): With Black Friday. For orders within Germany there is usually still enough time, as long as the product page does not state a longer delivery time.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

For lights that are in stock, the standard delivery times usually leave enough time even in wave 3. According to Neona's shipping page (as of 5 November 2026), Neona dispatches within 48 hours. Delivery in Germany then takes 4 to 7 working days, and international orders take 8 to 10 working days. In 2026, Christmas Eve falls on Thursday, 24 December.

You should still check two things:

• Delivery time of the individual light: For some products the delivery time differs. The information on the product page is binding.
• Several lights in one order: If they have different delivery times, they arrive together in one parcel according to the shipping page, and the longest delivery time applies. So if a light has to be under the tree on time, it is better to order it separately.

Our advice: order early. Many parcels are on the move before the holidays, and if you order early, you have time to check the light in peace.

What does shipping cost during Black Week?

According to the shipping page (as of 5 November 2026), shipping is free to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Sweden. Neona delivers to some other countries, for example the Czech Republic or the United Kingdom, for a flat shipping fee.

For individual products the shipping price may differ. The price you see at checkout is the one that counts. If you order to a country outside the EU, such as Switzerland, customs fees may apply, which you bear yourself.

Can I return Black Week purchases?

Yes. When you buy online, you have at least the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under § 355 BGB, and this also applies to reduced lights. The period usually begins on the day you receive the goods. The Verbraucherzentrale in its Black Friday tips also points this out (as of 22 October 2026), along with a note that costs may apply for the return shipment. Neona has no special period of its own for Black Week or over Christmas. Which return period applies to your light is shown on its product page.

This matters for gifts: if a light from wave 1 arrives in mid-November, the period may already end before Christmas Eve. So unpack it right away, switch it on once and try out all the functions. You register a return through the returns portal. You will find the link and all details on the returns page. According to the shipping page (as of 5 November 2026), Neona covers the return shipping costs in case of a defect. Otherwise it costs between €5.90 and €14.90 with GLS, depending on the product. Which lights are suited to a quick Black Week purchase?

The easiest are lights that need no installation: floor lights, table lights and rechargeable lights. You unpack them, plug them in or charge them, and they light up the same evening. That suits a gift and a tight schedule well. Your most important criteria are then material, dimensions, light colour and whether the light runs on a cable or a battery.
