Assembly
The luminaire arrives ready for installation and can be set up straight away. The LEDs are permanently integrated into the light so that no additional light sources are required. After unpacking, the light can be installed and put into operation immediately - simply connect and enjoy. You can find the installation instructions under "Instructions" - they are available for download there.

Switching on and off
The light can be switched on and off using the light switch.

Dimming
The luminaire is not dimmable. However, as dimmable LEDs are installed, it can be converted to dimmable by replacing the transformer, which can be easily exchanged using a click system. You cannot purchase the matching transformer from us.

FAQ
1 How can the length of the ropes be adjusted?

On the ceiling suspension and on the wire holders, each suspension wire is guided through a small split pin. Push the split pin in with one finger while you pull the suspension wire with the other hand or guide the wire back into the housing to change the hanging height of the lamp. Thanks to this mechanism, you can change the hanging height even after the lamp has been mounted.

2 Are the light sources included in the delivery?

Yes, the light comes with built-in LEDs and is ready for immediate use. You don't need to buy any extra bulbs but can install and use the lamp straight away. The LEDs have a very long service life of 50,000+ hours and are covered by our 3-year guarantee.

3 Are the light sources replaceable?

The high-quality LEDs are permanently installed in the luminaire. However, experience has shown that it is the transformers and not the LEDs that tend to break in LED luminaires. These can be replaced quickly. If you have any problems in this regard, we will of course help you.

4 Is the Hades luminaire dimmable?

No! The luminaire is intended as a kind of ambient light. It is therefore not necessary to dim the light.

5 Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, you can return all our lamps within 14 days and will receive a full refund within a few days. For a stress-free return process, you can register your return in our returns portal and you will always be informed about the status of your return.

6 Is the Hades SmartHome capable?

Our lights are not smart home-compatible as standard. However, you can connect them to a smart home system. To do this, you need to replace the installed transformer with a suitable Smart Home transformer. Make sure that the new transformer meets the technical requirements of the previous transformer. Our lights are controlled via constant current. The Smart Home system must therefore be designed for constant current luminaires. Constant voltage systems are not compatible with our luminaires. Non-dimmable LEDs are installed in the Hades luminaire. This means that you can only switch them on and off via the smart home system but not dim them. We cannot recommend a suitable smart home transformer for the HADES luminaire.

7 Where can I find the installation instructions for the Hades?

A card with a QR code is included in your delivery. This will take you to the assembly instructions.

8 Can the Hades TRIAC be made dimmable?

No. Non-dimmable LEDs are installed in the Hades. This means that you cannot make them TRIAC dimmable by replacing the transformer.

9 Can luminaires with IP20 be used in the bathroom?

Lights with IP20 may only be used in the bathroom outside the protected areas. This means they are not suitable for direct use in the shower or bath. However, they can be used in dry areas such as in the middle of the room or on the ceiling. For greater safety, we recommend luminaires with at least IP44 in the bathroom.

10 Was sind die technischen Spezifikationen des verbauten Kabels der Hades?
